Did you exercise today?

I may bid on that one. We'll see what the price looks like as the end nears. It's nice and close.
Only $470 is a great price. I registered and then completely forgot about it.
Photo #12 showed a ding on one side of the main rail but that wouldn't have been too difficult to smooth out.

I was too busy to look today. I put a bid in last night but it was blown past. I wasn't $500 interested in one. I'd rather buy a basically new one from a basement for $700 than one used by hundreds of gymrats that don't necessarily care and respect the equipment for $500.

What protein are you taking and where you did you buy it? I usual get the LeanFit 2kg at Coscto on sale.
I drink the premiere chocolate shakes from Costco. I try to get most of my protein from food, so I mainly only drink the shakes at the track.

Time to bump this into 2026...last workout was a few days ago, been focusing on the posterior chain lately...doing standing romanian deadlifts with dumbells...and split squats...holy **** those are hard!
It feels like you're doing cardio, strength and balance training all at once.

Slowly getting back into it.

With 5 days RTO it’s very difficult to find the time so need to figure something out but I really need to get back into it.

Heading to Peru in early April and doing the 4 day Inca Trail Hike.

Need to start getting my cardio back and legs in shape:)

If you can't make it to the gym. Mississauga Virtual fitness classes
Honestly I think waking up early again will be best.

Wake up early do a few sets. Put kids to bed, do the second body part sets.

Pretty sure using the TRX at work won’t win me any favours, and brining weights to the office def won’t help me.

Just a matter of finding a new rhythm that works.

From my experience, day 3 will be the worst.

Make sure you train downhill. Up is easier to power through, downhill hurts you.
Agreed.
And every time I run downhill - even short distances, I destroy a toenail. I expect nothing less on this.
Lot's of yoga, lunges and hill repeats in my near future.
