Starts with using my PowerBlocks (not the best shape) with:
- H-curls (3x20)
- Single Arm Curls (3x20)
- EZ Bar Curls (3x20)
It's the same day as back exercises as I'm currently running my boring chest/tris, back/biceps, and leg/shoulders routine.
