Haven't really had any post workout aches from the erg. I also have it to avoid the pain of a spin bike lol.If you are hitting the erg hard a proper cool down will go a long way to reducing post workout aches and pains something as simple as 10 to 15 minutes on a spin bike at a comfortable cadence with the resistance turned down will do wonders.
Been watching the WorldWCR races when I'm doing more chill "zone2" longer rows.
