Did you exercise today?

I drove my knee caps into the top of my femurs and I could hear my legs bending. It was not a good time.
Are you able to walk and continue skiing this season? Hopefully the injury pain is going away and it's not too serious.

I've learned uphill is great for posterior, glutes, hams, calves etc...downhill is great for knee and quad training

Did 4 quick exercises (light weights) this morning in 15-20 min and felt awesome.

Hoping to start the morning quick workout, and evening quick workout. My gut is getting out of control and I know more walking is in my future and need to dial in the diet.

Must be stress of some kind because I'm struggling to keep cookies / sweets away from my mouth lol.

Craving sweets can be a symptom of dehydration.

4lbs lost over the weekend. And all it took was a stomach flu/virus and puking up for half a day! Good times.

Yesterday was Leg day, a small warmup, followed up by dumbbell Romanian deadlifts, followed by some split squats....

Thanks, no not yet, and I'm not sure if I should get one now half way through winter. Not a lot of options left from what I've seen.
I'm waiting until spring to replace my current one. It keeps chugging along, but it's time for something newer when the weather shifts.

This thing must be at least 20+ years old and works like a charm (except for the damaged auger housing).

@nobbie48 sold me a good unit, the damn thing won't die.

A neighbour that works for Honda has the same issue. He is fed up with his old pos that wont die. He can get a great deal on a Honda so he's going to proactively upgrade at the end of the season.
