Looking for some fitness guidance

Celiacs maybe?

Sent using a thumb maybe 2
Celiacs, IBS, gallbladder, who knows. Doc hasn’t given me test results or explained to me. So I’m waiting writhing in pain for a callback and maybe I can go see him.

At least I’ll lose a few pounds in the next week or so.

Thanks all for the tips and responses. Right now for some reason my stomach is still doing somersaults since yesterday.

Ate at 5:30pm yesterday, 6pm stomach started acting up, couldn't sleep until 3am because of pains. Woke up at 5am again with pains.

Had to have some food at lunch, was uncomfortable. 2 small pieces of pizza and my stomach is still wonky. That's 25hrs of this ****. FML.
It may not necessarily be what you ate last, could be what you ate 24 hours prior as it does takes your bod time to process it longer then it landing in your stomach.

Keep yourself hydrated, and eat basic stuff like plain bread, crackers, and plain soup. (no milk, clearer liquids the better)

Anyhow I heard home reno's are good for keeping fit  ;)

@mimico_polak sincerely hope you get better. My fiancee goes through something similar so I'm legit curious for what's causing your issues...

On another note:

Buddies at work are trying to rope me into this. It's around $2,000 for a trainer + bicycle, then you hook it up to your computer and go at it.

You have 4 classes, D, C, B, A.

D means they're fat and slow.
C means they're in shape.
B means they're better than the vast majority and possibly a pro.
A means they're a god/olympian/professional/cheating.

I'm debating on it just because of the competitive nature.

Also @LePhillou ; you're being modest af. I follow you on Strava; you pile on **** tons of mileage lol

We can talk about your options for zwift, it can be as expensive as you want it to be ;)

You can do races but you can also just stick to training or random rides.
I'm not on zwift, i use a program specifically aimed at training, i use music or tv for entertainment and uses AI to adapt your training as you go. But that's more aimed at someone with a specific goal. To socialize, train, f**k around to keep entertained, zwift hits the sweet spot

It can keep you accountable if you have friends who ride often.
If you want better graphics there are other apps there (like RGT cycling) but theyre not as popular as zwift

90% gallbladder stone…waiting for ultrasound and I can’t go home until it’s removed.

Hoping it's 100% gone for you afterwards!

Those symptoms sounded painful af.

Thanks. They were at times. I was all ready to go home and the doc laughed and said ‘haha you’re funny. You’re not going anywhere. Maybe tomorrow…maybe Sunday.’

I always find dwayne johnsons instagram to be really good motivation.

4 am hes doing pull ups.

Ultrasound hasn’t shown anything conclusive but staying overnight so I can talk with a gastro specialist tomorrow morning. Fun times.

Gallbladder showing small inflammation possibly caused by a stone, and kidney or liver are showing higher values than normal from most likely fighting off an infection.

Hopefully they find a bed for me soon as the mofo beside me is snoring like a champ.

Hope they figure it out and get you sorted asap mate.

Oooops guess my gallbladder is coming out. No stones to be found, but small granules (like sand) is there and this is expected to continue without removal.

One more MRI to confirm and then snip snip.

Guess I should’ve been more careful with my diet :(

Bummer. My old man had his removed years ago. Need to watch your fat intake from now on.

:( sorry to hear bud...i'll take all your bacon as a selfless sacrifice.

Get well soon!
Haha apparently I can still eat junk…just not as much.

Update…no place for surgery today. Need to wait for MRI but they’re recommending me to have the gallbladder removed as it can flare up anytime.

So now I wait for a few days while they organize MRI and surgery as they don’t want me to leave the hospital.

Fun times indeed.
