I like not having a big belly and a back that doesn't blow out very often.
I hate getting up to do exercises in morning. (but I do)

If you have the time give him a listen.I’m 46 and I wish I had the time and money to make the commitment to train that hard. And the copious amount of drugs that need to be taken to keep that physique at this age.
It takes about four miles of running to work off the calories from a donut. Unfortunately the donut shop is only a half a mile away. A Timbit would be a break even.If you have the time give him a listen.
One of the things that he advocates is intermittent fasting, if nothing else it should be affordable and doable.
It is near impossible to outrun a bad diet.
I've found lately I HAVE to have a good warmup and stretch before I do any kind of training or exercise, or I risk injury, so I've found a good routine from one of those Instagram influencer girls, it works pretty good, leg days and hard cardio no longer seem to causes injury or pain![]()
I should really get going on that. Noticing my mobility is falling off a cliff at 46.Yoga.........don't knock it until you try it. It is amazing
There’s a good studio called Modo Yoga in Sheridan Mall on Erin Mills, not too far from you. My wife teaches there and I’m going 2-3 times a week. It makes a huge difference in posture, mobility, and strength among many other things.I should really get going on that. Noticing my mobility is falling off a cliff at 46.
Trying to get back into it and damn so difficult between everything.
I’m sure I’ve asked before but anyone got a decent 3-4 day split that’s quick to do and does full body?
I’m bored of my: chest / tri, back / bi, shoulders / legs
Very repetitive and I run out of weights quickly with the Powerblocks at 50lbs

Nice! I've got the Bowflex 8-40lb KB and I don't use it enough. Looking for a second one to compliment the first, but not sure if needed.try kettlebells - real functional strength development and so much fun.

I DO happen to have a book on KB exercises laying around here somewhere...40lb = 18kg, plenty for me as I prefer Strength Endurance vs power..
try snatch (only need one) - can you do 50 to 100 clean reps each hand without putting it down?
and for the #1 exercise [called Long Cycle] you def need a set of 2 - goal would be around 20-40 clean reps with set of 18kgs..
