3x? Pfft. Friend of mine was pulled over by the NPP on the Parkway by the Whirlpool coming from Lakey's @ 10:30am going to the Half-Way to sleep it off. Blew .33. That's just north of 4x. Cops couldn't believe he could stand up.

One of the reasons a lot of them are ex-cons. It's the only work they can find.
If they were trying to get a fresh start on life being sober would be a good start.
