Congrats on the new bike.

Have you tried adjusting the angle of the levers? Moving them down can lessen the flex from the pullback.

No nothing yet. Just my third ride.
Levers seem ok, more the roll of the throttle.

I did have a bit of this issue early on with the vStrom, I think my hand just got use to it.

I’m thinking about doing a thing. I’m loosing a few marbles as I get older, my thoughts are in the HD area.

Never owned one, all the guys I ride with up north have them. Been looking at street and road glides.

Personally, I prefer the Road Glide over Street Glide/Ultra. Fixed fairing cuts the air smoother.

Look at anything 2009 or newer. Older versions have issues with the frame affecting steering shake while turning.


Not sure when they updated the panniers to open easier. Might be 2012 or newer.


96 twin cam and 6 spd Transmission carries them down the road just fine.

Changing the drive belt is a chore. Otherwise, easy to maintain and nice to ride along the freeways.
