Did you exercise today?

It's been a trying 8 months, long story short we've been living out of sick kids hospital and ever since Nov haven't been cycling. My eating is in the dumps, enough that i couldnt give blood in oct because my iron/hemoglobin is too low.

We may get a discharge date soon-ish if all goes well, so i'm going to have a lot of work to do to catch up. I'm thinking skipping rope and kettlebell work should do the trick IF i can reign in proper eating.
I have been walking 2km daily which usually helps me get to 15k steps but that's not enough for me as i inch toward my 40s lol

My whole cycling setup is there, ready to be used but i'm too out of it/lazy by the time i can actually do it.

Yesterday was core day, today will be legs

Don’t know about your story, but i can say sick kids is a top notch hospital, I’ve spent a few months there with one of my kids.

In saying that i wish you all the best👍

I'll be switching things up again soon.

I can't keep up with the splits having to drive back and forth from Scarborough and the kids in the evening, I just find I'm too tired.

Will probably find some 2-3 day routine that's full body instead of specific muscle groups.

I can't keep up with the splits
they are exhausting, every time I do them, I feel like im about to die, but that probably means they're amazing for your body and health.

I’m alright with them. It’s just the lack of time / exhaustion after a full day.

By the time we put the kids down…I’m already ready for bed only to wake up at 5:15 again the next morning.
