Did you exercise today?

I like not having a big belly and a back that doesn't blow out very often.

I hate getting up to do exercises in morning. (but I do)

I’m 46 and I wish I had the time and money to make the commitment to train that hard. And the copious amount of drugs that need to be taken to keep that physique at this age.
If you have the time give him a listen.
One of the things that he advocates is intermittent fasting, if nothing else it should be affordable and doable.
It is near impossible to outrun a bad diet.

Did personal best snatch at 155lbs this past week. My Oly lift class has reset and we're back down to working at 75% of our max. Onwards & upwards. Not bad for 49 and doing zero exercise till 11yrs ago with a currently not so good diet.

I signed up for the Toronto Hyrox in October, doing Pro Womens Doubles. Joined my local running club organized by my chiropractors office about a month ago. Figured it's coach lead and I need get decent at running since the race includes a total of 8km.
So far I don't hate it (don't love it either) and am getting a bit better. Still a long ways to go to get my pace down but I think I'll get there in time.

Between run club and the race track, my strength workouts have taken a back seat. Need to sit down and plan out some more Hyrox style workouts so I don't lose my strength and feel like utter death slowing down my partner 😅

Had a bit of a back scare, so I didnt exercises for about 2-3 weeks.
Back in the saddle now though, did core again and some physio exercises, along with some hyperextensions (surprisingly good)

Also did some upper body stuff yesterday

It takes about four miles of running to work off the calories from a donut. Unfortunately the donut shop is only a half a mile away. A Timbit would be a break even.
