There's some mips cycling helmets at Costco for $29. There's also some older version ones with a built in rear light for $25 if you can find them. Great value for a mips rated helmet, I got one last night. The brand is Freetown they are one size but with lots of adjustment. If they fit you they are great.

Chinese parts bin components. No idea on weight (heavy bikes suck to ride). You can go into a physical store and touch one though so that's a major plus.How is something like this out of curiosity from anyone that road bikes?

Check Costco too. They often have non-brand name bikes with very good parts on them for good prices.

Decathlon is having 40% off on store inventory. Maybe you will find a bike there? Not sure how good the components are though.
If you bring it by, I'll fix it. Obviously I'm not in a convenient location unless you are headed this way for another reason.My derailleur was a tad out of adjustment so I took it into a shop for a tune up. They made it worse.

Thanks. However until bikes get electronic control modules, tweaking brakes and gears should be an owner responsibility, like fixing a flat. I used to rebuild my Sturmy Archer three speed hubs every winter.
