If I leave today I go into hard quarantine. Hotel already threw my stuff out and it was brought to me inside of 4 plastic bags to my hospital room.

F****. Hang in there buddy.
Hopefully that test comes back as Negative. But you will be in quarantine regardless.
I really wish this was all looked after when you were here and no in the middle of BC.

Will skip the dishes deliver to a hospital. Never had the privilege of eating hospital food but I hear its horrible.

Stay positive. (I mean your mind not the test result)

JT just stepped up funding huge for businesses.

Covering 75% of wages for small and medium businesses.

$40,000 loans backed by govt. $10,000 forgiveable.

EDIT:
The 75% coverage is interesting. If a business is truly shut with zero income, even paying 25% could still be a huge burden (and quite possibly not feasible). If a business is open and operating fully, that makes many businesses more profitable than a month ago. If a business is slow because of covid, that works very well as staff can continue getting their previous salary even though their current work does not support it.

The rest of the conference didn't go well. The media asked him some important, straightforward and easy to answer questions and he dipped and bobbed and refused to provide an answer because he knew people wouldn't like it.

Q1: Did you know trump was going to deport immigrants that were turned away from the border. A1: Complete dodge. No answer at all.
Q2: Are you going to delay carbon tax increase on April 1. A2:"We are putting money in the pockets of Canadians"
Q2b: You didn't answer the question at all A2b "See A2. Press conference over. See ya."

It keeps you from overeating. As Crocodile Dundee said of the grubs, taste like sh** but keeps you alive

If you're retired and drawing on RIFs they are making an adjustment because of the drain from the declining market.

From what I remember @mimico_polak was trying to change his diet and eat healthy(ier).
 
There are a lot of qualified experts trying to fix this situation. Unfortunately it is like a lot of people trying to put a jigsaw puzzle together without the picture on the box. Most are doing their best but there are a few trying to make gains by forcing their piece into a spot where it really doesn't fit.

vaccines aren’t easy, we still don’t have one for the common cold, another coronavirus.

I have a document somewhere that lists everything they have tried to treat this virus with so far and the outcomes. It’s not good reading.

Something for covidiots to sit though when then get picked up for being aholes? Just play it on repeat until we let them out again? Better yet, webcam from an italian or New York hospital. Watching death for a month or two makes you reevaluate your life.

Can you continue to eat and drink ok?

FWIW, my friend in Ontario doesn't have his results back yet. He had symptoms almost two weeks ago and immediately talked to the health unit, they said he probably had it and told him to self-isolate and booked him for a test a week later (Mar 23 am). He still feels crappy, but he is recovering slowly. He hopes he does test positive because that should help protect him from reinfection for a while.
 
They update every hour or so so the numbers keep changing (even within a state with reported numbers), but it looks like US will probably break 100,000 confirmed active cases today.

Would be so nice to think once you had this virus and did not succumb to it, that you can't get it again, or that it does not go into any other parts of your body where it could show up later.

That's the problem...they don't knwo what the immunity phase looks like... is it a month a year or more... huge question mark. So it can keep popping up year after year whether or not we get the vaccine. And by then, there might be other strains.

Wonderful mother nature.
