Good question, I have no Idea. At VOS motors the other day, sales reps showed me a 0km, 2012 V-Strom, fully loaded, with Givi Lugagge, touring accersories, etc.. 8 years old, and new, just brought in. I'm baffled

I just got rid of a 929 for $1600...

Its not a collectors bike.

Ride one. My guess, you'll change your tune pretty quick.

My test ride last year at Oakville Yamaha:

Shakes horribly.
Air filter/breather jabs into your leg.
Low power.
Heavy.
Agricultural transmission.

These complaints could be said of most cruisers, but this "scrambler" look-alike was one of the worst for me.
