The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

Should be 18 if they're all working (not sure how many can be out of service and still legal to drive).

@PrivatePilot How many wheels have brakes, on an 18 wheeler?

All of em.

The steer axle brakes are more moderated and only receive very low PSI unless you really hammer on the brakes, IE a panic (or very high pressure, IE brakes are fading and you're getting more and more into the pedal) stop, at which point the restrictor automatically kicks out and they come on hard. At that point you hope they're in good adjustment (and equal adjustment) as the amount of force the engage with really yank the steering if they're not. Which is the whole reason why they're pretty moderated to begin with, to avoid loss of steering control in 95% of normal braking actions where they're really not needed much to begin with - unlike a car they're really secondary to all the other brakes.

If I worried about all of you, who can't put a small car between two lines, I'd be worried about all of you, all of the time.

It's gotten to the point where sometimes I'll just centre my Odyssey on the line, like everybody else.

Another one.

It was a employee (nurse) so i let the scratch go..

Gonna meet with the manager and get approval to park at the other lot. The "manager car lot"
