This must be the only subject that wasn't covered by Hollywood yet, cause i can't think of anything else that hasn't been done yet... seriously?!?!? come on now.......

I'm so excited, I'm gonna see it 18 times! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Only thing giving it any credibility is Harrison Ford, otherwise I wouldn't be even remotely interested. Olivia Wilde is pretty hot but not hot enough to carry a 2 hour movie with her (presumably) fully clothed at every step of the way.

Hollywoods a sinking ship. All they can make now are movies about the world ending, aliens, cartoons for kids, and comic book / video game movies.

Hollywood just recycles the same couple of stories and keeps pumping out bland crap to appeal to the lowest common denominator. They may put some money into special effects, but the real art of entertainment is gone from that dump.

This isn't my type of movie, and when I initially saw the title I thought the same thing as you.

But oddly enough, after seeing a full length trailer before another movie, it looks better than it sounds.

LOL while, yes, Hollywood is pretty much churning out constant nonsense, this movie looks freakin' awesome. Jon Favreau's directing and it's NOT in 3D. That's tons of credibility right there.

stop watching 'hollywood' movies. . .

the big releases always cater to the lowest common denominator

lots of indie, foreign, and documentary releases out there that deserve our patronage, not to mention the catalogue of classic films from the '30s-'70s that are leaps and bounds better than most of the crap that gets multiplex screen time every summer. . .

netflix or the internet, ftw. . .

Another frikkin spiderman movie?!?!? reallyy????

The target audience of these reboots to franchises can't remember the last time they wiped their *** let alone that this is a remake of a 10 year old movie.

As long as people keep paying to see this stuff, they'll keep making it. No one wants to risk anything.

Watched the trailer for Total Recall, and I was like wow, they even used the same dialogue :P
