After lots of back and forth…wife wants a sunroom in this spot. Which would be a very convenient way to add stairs to the basement that are covered from the elements.

Trench digging planned for this week up there so should be a fun experience!

Have you seen the price of sunrooms? We were thinking about doing something similar but I may well add a larger “greenhouse” that just happens to connect to the house instead.

Pex A uses metal crimp rings, Pex B uses plastic rings. They have different fittings.

These are the crimp rings I went with... Stainless steel.
Easy to use.
Idiot proof too.

Most of the work would be DIY.

Just need to figure out what I need and then build it accordingly with the major parts contracted out.
