bat gauno is especially hot, or concentrated. some care is needed when adding to soil.

chicken manure is also hotter than sheep/cow poop - but not as hot as bat poop.

commercial fertilizer guys retrieve bat poop from caves - centuries of bat pooping leave yards deep piles of poop on the floor..

ancient history found bat poop was used in the early years of agriculture...

I know where there is lots of porcupine poop, several feet deep in places.

Two questions:
Anyone ever ship bud to their family or friends via Canada Post? I have some good friends spread across the country I would like to give some to. It looks like CP is fine to ship with, so just looking to see if anyone here has done it and their experiences.

Anyone here make tinctures? Seems like an excellent way to make use of some bud. I don't want to make edibles or butter and making oil seems like a bit more trouble than it's worth (rather leave that to the professionals). Tinctures seems really easy and stores for a long time. The high proof alcohol can be bought locally and from Alberta or Quebec.

I made my own CBD oil from bud purchased from a licenced med supplier - no THC
was pretty easy and the end result was good

lightly broke up the buds and laid on a cookie sheet
decarbed in the oven for 45 minutes

used a double boiler sort of setup
pot of water on a low boil, and glass mason jar inside that
filled the mason jar with coconut oil and the ground bud

simmered like that for 2 hours and strained through cheese cloth
put back in the mason jar to cool and solidify
then into the fridge for use as needed

same process would work for THC bud

was a really nice additive to coffee
coconut oil is very healthy and tastes great
