I have previously tested FSD and have always been disappointed with random phantom braking. I recently subscribed again. Still early days- i have been using it only for a week. It is significantly better than a year ago.
The main annoyance is that it changes lanes more than I would prefer (as if it does not like to have a car in front of it)- but overall I can see a lot of progress

are you set to "Hurry" mode for FSD? That mode zips in and out. I use standard mode and find it really good on the highway. It will pass and sometimes stay in the left lane, but if a car comes up behind it moves to the side.

I need to check this once back in Mississauga. I assumed default would be chill mode.

Only if it can be produced at an affordable cost compared to other battery technologies. And that's not counting alternative fuels, either. Besides, the way some governments are leaning, we may be back to gasoline by then.
