A Ride to Whitehorse - 2025

Whoah! Way to go, Mr. Burns! Fantastic! But don't stop there. How about carrying on to Dawson City, then Alaska? Or go for a nice ride up to Tuktoyaktuk.

Keep the photos coming. Ride safely, please.(y)

I rode to Alaska in 2016, stopped in Whitehorse for a night.

The DC-3 now serves as a weather vane.

For real!
Love this and look forward to hearing all about your trip!

And how is your fancy new helmet serving you? Still happy with it?
What about the Corbin and I think you got the bar risers which helped?
The new helmet was good. Well once I figured out how to adjust the strap correctly, with the help of this video.

Once that was set, the helmet was great. No weird noises, blocked a fair amount of noise and didn't hurt my head after awhile. Did well in the rain.

The seat is good as well. With the help of the risers I finally felt I was in the right spot of the seat. Could ride fairly long without any issues.

Nice, I wish I could have gone further, meet a lot of people going to Alaska and to the Arctic.

I want to get up to Dawson City, and Tuk, but that is for another ride, and probably different bike.

Yeah that plane in WT is interesting. This family arrived just after I did, and it started to move. I thought they did something, because it moved, then back to the original position. But I figured it out.
