What, how.. it's amazing, and very underrated movie.
Soundtrack is killer.
But... Tron is more of a niche movie and less mainstream.

Visuals great. Soundtrack great. But I just couldnā€™t get into it.

I felt the same way. Great sound and nice visuals (in pleather pants). Story didn't hold my attention.

Unfortunately, a lot of studios don't seem to understand that great CGI and nostalgia don't work forever. You eventually need to have an idea that is intriguing.

So youā€™re saying the old guys here only liked it due to eye candyā€¦makes sense. Lots of that.

But the storyā€¦snoozefest IMO.
 
Taking me right back to my childhood ā€” religious shite and a little bit of hard scrabble tho not to the same extent.
The correct time frame tho maybe a few years later when I would go to Oklahoma with parents for my sister to go to bible university in Enid.
