I heard this straight from my State Farm/Desjardins agent.

They shouldn't have. Friend was hit by a deer in his 2 week old GTI last month. No increase or penalty to his insurance rate.

I didn't take a hit on my rates.........but at renewal time, I like to shop around. Now this has a negative effect, and no one seems to know how to get rid of it.
