The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

I saw a Toronto public service truck go the wrong way on a one way street 0_0

Not me, just found it and thought it was funny/sad. So much win here from Brampton. Driver A crashes, driver B encourages him to run away if drunk, driver C makes a video of it while driving.

not my video:

Notice he went before the other light turned red, to beat the advanced green. That's HTA 172.

Also, I don't see an arrow for those people making the right turn.

Not even a "California Stop." Yeah, that's pretty common around here. It's not unusual for me to almost get hit from behind, because people assume that I'm going to blow through stop signs when there are no visible cars on a cross street.

Wasn't common when I left. Everyone seemed to be afraid of getting hit by traffic coming the other way. It was much more common here, which took some getting used to. I had put it down to being so close to the border, but it seems to have spread westward.

This morning
Altima coupe hit a big truck by the airport this morning so getting to Toronto was fun…

Drive home today
Bloor st / Islington Ave

A) Driver went into the oncoming traffic lane because I was taking too long turning left… idiot had his wife or girlfriend in the car and got honked at by multiple drivers 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️..

The queens way area..
A) Honda Pilot somehow went over the curb probably distracted but there was no snow…
B) Audi Q3 decided to go into the right lane and try to squeeze his POS back into the left lane by the McDonald. That was fun
C) Typical left and right turn drama by the hospital

😖😖😖😖😖

Not today but this is happening often..

Heading from Kitchener there is only one lane that goes towards the 401.

Pitch black (6:30 am)
1) Deal with the round about at homer Watson
2) Try not to die merging onto the highway
3) deal with courtland traffic merging and try not to get rear ended
4) goes from 80 to like 10 because that one lane is congested getting to Fairview mall then the 401

I felt safer with the CX5 😖

I don't understand why they don't seem to be charging people with tinted license plate covers. I'm seeing more and more of them on the road.

I agree. The number of plates that are essentially a grey rectangle is insane and every one of them should be stopped/ticketed/confiscated. Even dealership plate surrounds are technically illegal so how people can get away with having plates that can't be read by a driver 20 feet behind their vehicle astounds me.

That in Ottawa? I had someone yell at me once, because I didn't centre my car on the line.

Needs a bigger vehicle so they can park perpendicular and take up six.
