Where's Wingboy?

Is that photo the same or similar to your profile photo?
I saw someone standing at the railing looking kinda like my old profile. So i had someone take my pic.
Lots of friendly like minded people on board.

And the first on, first off for bikes is nice. Did you have tie downs or use the piece of old hemp they offer up?

You can mess around with mine. Don't know when I'll be home tho.

That’s a very generous offer WB and if we can coordinate I would love to take you up on it. (Thank you)

It’s a whole aspect of motorcycling that I never really paid much mind to but have grown a huge appreciation for.

With any luck our schedules can align at some point

Sault Saint Marie to Terrace Bay. About 600km of awesome scenery. But some of the nicest spots have been nannied with gates and fees. Sad.
Chippewa falls hasn't changed since A Y Jackson painted it in 1955.

Nice pics and ride!
Was the water warm enough to get into at Old Woman Bay?
I’m always surprised by how warm that protected and shallow water can be.

Didn't check it. I'm pretty sure it was very nipply.

The Great lakes are behind me. Ride from Terrace Bay to Dryden today with a stop at my niece's place in Thunder Bay to visit. Manitoba tomorrow.
Have to decide between North route or South route in Alberta. Same with BC.

AND.....2.29/l at a small gas station today. I kept going another 100km and put $42 in the Tenere.

10 min west of Kenora was the worst storm i have ever experienced. Driving rain and hail that came in from the west, North and sometimes looked like it was going back up. No option to pull over. Couldn't even put the bike in the ditch. The flooding in Manitoba has filled every bit of low land.
My new Klim suit was worth every penny. Gloves and boots too.
Tomorrow I'll head north west towards Edmonton.
2nd pic is Kenora after the storm.
4th pic is Saskatchewan.
