So the way the stunt laws are written now in ontario allow police to enforce them anywhere that the public can access like mall parking lots , parks, driveways of business and any crown land whether rural or otherwise. Now, the way its written a cop could write you up for stunting on private property if you couldn't prove you were authorized as well as if it is deemed your risk to public safety. If youre own your own property for example at the rear of a driveway some distance for the easement and public roadway and youre doing wheelies, you almost certainly wouldn't get a ticket. If youre wheeling down the driveway approaching the road entrance and barely coming to a stop or appearing like you could possibly be a risk to others passing by then they may stop you.
If youre doing wheelies and your exhaust is load af they can write you up for that.
If you have spectators on your property while doing wheelies and they re in a potentially at risk then they can also stop things in that case.
I believe almost all officers are reasonable and if you say we're in a huge empty lost on a sunday morning practicing figure 8s and doing knee downs and had pilons practicing I think worst case is they may check on you and make u aware of their presence but I wouldn't expect them to ticket you unless of course someone complained
