how does that change that overall the population of the world and Canada has only seen 3 percent of the population catch the virus? The difference between here and there is probably mostly to do with fatties. They have a lot we have a few less. Plus their ethos of freedom and individual responsibility over mindless compliance. And Even at 10 percent it still hasn’t infected 90 percent of America since it started , pretty good odds of it being an overblown fear and social media driven disaster vs an actual “ you’re gonna die in the streets like a dog “ reality

But again, you need to seperate fact from fiction. Even if we took your 3% value at face value, random antibody testing in the US and England have shown statistically up to 89% of cases never got a PCR test. Due to asymptomatic and mild transmission that was ignored.
Heck just from the spread in China, we knew last May 86% of cases were likely undocumented. The math doesn't work out otherwise.

Prior to travel restrictions, most SARS-CoV-2 infections went undocumented and substantially contributed to global virus spread.
That means for example...
- Canada - 1.43 million cases likely 9.5 million
- Great Britain - 5.6 million cases likely 37.3 million
- US - 34.3 million cases likely 228 million cases.

Well you are guessing and we can guess all day long but if data / facts matter then we have to deal with what we know not what we think we know or are surmising. People seem to believe the vaccine data so why not the case data?/// Or we just say all the data is wrong and we have no idea… And If your higher infection rate guess is correct we would then have lower death rates Possibly…Either way it’s an overblown overdramatic scared social media driven BS disaster . Totally unnecessary and now with yearly boosters needed we are just dealing with a potential flu like virus that will never go away. All the economic and mental destruction has been way more deadly than the virus is and was.
Most of the world including Canada is under testing. If everyone did weekly tests like the AstraZeneca trial you'd be able to back up the 3% statement.
But the UK sits at a test every 5 months per person. We sit at under 1 test per year per person.
So statistical antigen testing is the only way to determine just how many cases we are missing.
People are so dumb.

Only about 5-10% of the population (out of the ~20% who are resisting vaccination) are the crazies. The other ~10% of the population still not vaccinated are just in the lazy/hesitant category and probably, deep down inside, quite a few of even that percentage would actually feel a bit better about going to a place that advertises a vaccinated staff.
Of the ~80% of adults who *are* vaccinated it's been shown that a pretty high percentage of that group typically feel good about being around others in the same boat, and less good about being around the unvaccinated.
Businesses need to come the conclusion that they can totally afford to tell the 5-10% category (which admittedly are the loudest, but still only a small percentage of the population) to get stuffed - they really don't need their business. And don't be afraid to put this sort of news out there - the 80% will gladly show up at your door to support you instead.
