Looks like it was a single lane street he was turning onto. Even if the other driver had turned, where was he expecting to go? No understanding of right-of-way.

Blessed be you people who give a timestamp for the accidents. Nothing worse than sitting through a multi-minute video for just 5 seconds of it. See that a lot with bikes on twisty roads. I don't want to watch them crawl around turns for 5 minutes, if I wanted to see that I'd go out riding myself. I just want to see the crash.

As for the video above my post. at 2:15 with the gas overflowing from the ladys car as she fills it up; don't pumps have an autoshutoff to stop that from happening?
