A relative is with Peel PD and had to be cautious snooping the records for some rather minor info.

Whoa. great to hear. Too many times you hear about the insurance going the other way. Glad they are on your side.Just to update, I received an email today from my insurance company saying after viewing the footage they deemed me 0% at fault for the incident. plus my insurance will still no faults
Means i don't need to pay any deductible and i can have a rental during repairs.
Also they are going after the other parties insurance company, i guess my insurance sent the footage
