I was at the the show yesterday and it was so so. This clip was from the first time I had ever gone to the bike show, I was 9 or 10 years old. Super Joe did that jump twice that weekend at The International Centre, Howard Cosell and Evel Knievel were there the first night only, I didn’t see them, I was there for the second jump. I think this guy was the inspiration for Super Dave Osborne.

This year's show is more bike oriented, less of the "deli" , all-in-all a decent experience.
Why don't the organizers categorize the floor space map with names of the vendors??
Most every other exibition gives you a map with booth names.
(I was able to meet John S of Accelerated but could not find the GTAM booth)

About 3 down from Accelerated lol, same row

Is it worth going just to browse? Helmet isn’t a must but, more like a ‘could buy if an opportunity is there’.

Still have a great full face. It’s the modular that’s 8 years old.

The friend I was with was also looking for a helmet but didn’t get one. We were talking to a salesperson at GP Bikes. They had a pretty good selection but a much better one at their store in Whitby, she recommended going in person there where they are still offering show prices. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, Royal Distributing is literally right around the corner. Also saw Jerry, the owner of GP Bikes at the show selling helmets, kissing babies and shaking hands, great guy to deal with.

Already told my daughter the show is over so I can’t lie now! But I promised her we’ll go to the next one.

Crowds are gonna be jamming there today so don’t feel like going through that.

Show was ok. I went Friday night and there was very light traffic. I was happy to be able to sit on some bikes that I was considering for a second bike. Gave me enough food for thought and made me really appreciate what I already have a bit more, if that makes sense.

The primary reason for my visit was to sign up for the Sharp Rider course, which I did. Thank you @cutekill, I am looking forward to the date.

I picked up a modular Shark helmet a few years ago at the show. It was in a Yamaha booth, forget the dealer but was a bargain at $200. I prefer to go Friday later afternoon/evening with the smaller crowds and time to look around.
Was so looking forward to going this year but life stuff takes over.
Hope you find a new modular.
Last year I picked up and AGV full face at 613 from Ottawa at the show . I really like it.

The show was awesome and had an awesome time. I grabbed a nice Ogio 3L Dakar hydration knapsack. There was Motul 7100 for $69.99/4L jug.

Watched some motocross and spent more time at this show than I have in the past. Saw some great people and beautiful bikes! Would recommend!

I had a mission to buy a new ECE 22.06 helmet and a new set of gloves. I bought a HJC RPHA12 helmet from Otomoto and RST TracTech Evo gloves from Riders Choice. The helmet is a last-year's style (mfg date Nov 2024) but that doesn't concern me, one less year of future available use on the track compared to the maximum possible was still worthwhile considering the price paid. The gloves are the same as what I already have, just new.
