Metric socket head cap screws

I'm tired of having to run and buy screws every time I want to replace a rusted out screw. Years ago I had bought an assortment of metric screws from Brafasco (now White Cap?) but now the price for an equivalent assortment is like $185. The assortment I bought had lots of screws I would likely never use, but the convenience of having what I needed, when I needed, was wonderful.

Anybody have a suggestion for a source for an assortment that would serve for the average Japanese bike?

There's some cheap sets on Amazon, but not sure if they're cheap Chinese junk. I know they're Chinese. LOL.

A long shot but what I did, specific for my bike was on eBay I bought a bag of fasteners from a bike breaker. It was a few years ago when shipping from the US was cheap. It weighed 15lbs as he had all kinds of brackets and even some relays. I still go to that bag at least 2x per season for me and other riders needing something that I have in there.

Just put together a list of the bolts you've had to use from that kit in the past and make your own kit by buying them from Bolts Plus. Note they have a $10 minimum charge for walk-in COD purchases.
