Last I looked there were only about 700.
Keep in mind some have been incarcerated for decades already so... 700 ain't much.

What`s your take on guys like the ex- Col. Russ Williams or Bruce McArthur ever getting out? And Bernardo getting parole hearings?.. that sick f**k shoulda` had a bullet in the head upon conviction, as should the other two mentioned. Adam Strong killed two Oshawa women, Rachelle Aussieker and Rori Hache.. who was the niece of Harley Guindon, kept her head in his fridge. Talk about the wrong guy to have on your case, Guindon is the guy who put Satan`s Choice back in force. I`m surprised Strong is still alive, he`s eligible for parole in 25 years from his sentence date if he makes it. Going back some years I knew a woman that used to pick Strong up at his place and give him a lift to work, Sandy said he asked her in a few times but she declined, his place is just a few streets down from Teddy`s restaurant in Oshawa.

If you ever get a chance look up the preepers in NS news, they put a dismembered girl in a barrel and try to disolve the remains.

Hearing protection exists, but that's beside the point anyway. This is someone who is supposed to charge illegal possession, not actually import illegal firearms and accessories.
 
Believe it or not suppressors AKA sound moderators are legal to own in the in most of the UK provided that you have a valid firearms possession permit.

The point of my post was here the UK firearm laws were considered restrictive.
Anyhow the cop was dumb having a restricted item shipped to him knowing that CBSA inspects incoming shipments whereas cops usually just cross the border carrying any contraband with them and flashing their tin to the border agent and being waved through with a smile.

Christa Pike should be dead but the lethal injection(s) failed with her recovering in hospital. Convicted at 18 or 19 followed by thirty years on death row and she's back in prison. Expect lots of appeals and delays.
