TPS spent months investigating a used car dealer allegedly selling stolen vehicles, laid 192 charges and then prosecutors dropped everything as there was no prospect of conviction. If you believe the guy charged, there is no prospect for conviction as the police were completely incompetent and the vehicles were never stolen, police just got confused about paperwork.
We really need grand juries here. That would save so many people from complete incompetence in blue.
