Hi All!

My name is Manny and for the past 5 years wanted to ride motorcycle and just bought my first motorcycle a couple of weeks ago (09 GS500F)!

I am still touching up my bike since it had some cracks on fairings that were duct taped :(, but overall I really like the bike hopefully it will last me couple of years until I gain enough experience to grow up into a 650 or +.

Once I sorted out my plates and sticker I will be riding in the Newmarket area; well at least in the beginning practicing all that I learned in the course!

Thank you all! Yes I agree this motorcycle is great despite the cosmetics.
Was thinking to get a new R3 (finance) instead, but did not regret at all ending up with my GS500F and no debt :).

welcome, and a smart choice on bikes, CC wise. a few more could take a lesson here
 
Can anyone refer me to a Newmarket /Aurora/Keswick meet up? I can't seem to find any recent thread.

There's a Sunday morning breakfast meet you might like.
It's at Woodbine Ave. and Stouffville Rd. every Sunday morning from 8 to noon.
NE corner behind Famous Sam's Restaurant.

It's a CVMG Meet, but others show up too.
On a good day there could be 50+ bikes of all types.
