Do you have at least one working key for your PT?
If you do, we should be able to copy it fairly easy.
If you don't have a key, then your into a more complicated situation.
There are some Locksmiths who can make keys to a vehicle on site. We don't offer that service.
We don't do much car work. If you had the ignition out, we may be able to make a key, but some ignitions you need the key to remove them from the steering coloum.
Try using the VIN #. Go to a dealer and see if they can trace the key code # through the Vin #.
