Plot Twist: What if the product is not how the seller describes it and the price is 'fixed'...
KLRGUY - Bought a bike from me last Fall. We negotiated and reached a deal which included delivery. I received a down payment before delivery to ensure my costs would be covered if he decided to change his mind after I got there with the bike. I delivered the bike, we exchanged money and ownership. Done.
He said he needs it for his MSF course today. If i can bring it to him
Thanks man - I likewise recommend you.
I'll throw Mina's name up as a good guy. He's buying a trailer off me, he's come by and we've agreed on a price but pickup is waiting on a hitch install and our schedules don't always jive. Last Thursday he sent a text wanting to come by and pick it up within the hour as he needed it for today, but my phone was off as I'd been at a medical appt. earlier with my son. By the time I noticed the message he had to go to work and I was going to Montreal on Friday for the weekend (as an aside if you haven't been to Montreal - go! - unbelievable number of super hot women) - he mentioned he'd just rent a uhaul trailer. Since it was totally my screwup missing the text I offered to knock $20 off the price - he declined - indicating the original price was more than fair. Solid guy.
Years ago i was in a relationship with someone, the person wanted to buy a 250, we drove up to hamilton to see the bike, she liked it (good price) I gave the guy 500 as a deposit, ex GF never came through with the rest of the money. I called the guy and told him, I am not buying the bike, enjoy your 500 bucks. Not his fault, it was mine.I live by finch / islington, I told him id be at seneca and he was by kennedy / 401. I asked if we could meet at seneca because I was headed there. We did not agree on a price before meeting, nor did I want to make a blind offer over the phone. I dont believe $70 was a lowball offer.. he was asking $75 for it. he said no and put the jacket back in his car.. then I said "well thanks anyways" and left, theres two sides to this story and you can believe whoever you want.
On another note, I dont want a bad name on here... nor do I want to hold grudges and what not.
Thanks for the efforts CBC
Buy his bike since he doesn't ride it :lmao:

I blame it on the track...and my blown r/r. Now that I have all the parts, I'm hoping I can get it on the road tomorrow.
