I'm not a beleiver in defacing government property, i don't think that is a way to change the way in people changing there thinking,

what has this got to do with general motorcycle discussion?
There was a motorcycle somewhere near the protesters when it happened. Might have been that a motorcycle rode by in the background and people stopped to listen to the loud pipes.
Bent his plate up to run from the cops? Technically, it is government property.
