Cracked Frame !Advice ????

What did the dealer you took it to say?

went to snow city and the guy is like he is never experience this before. he races these bike however this can be welded and he is the one who changed tires on it recently he says bike is perfect . it is a hair line crack right now and frame wont just snap off but it will get bigger if its not taken care of by a good welder. he also recommended to take it back to Kahuna since they did the safety just 30 days prior

Here's the other thing you have to consider:

Was it a bike that KAHUNA owned and sold to you and that the KAHUNA mechanic certified?

OR

Was it a bike that the GUY owned, but he happened to work for KAHUNA and certified it? If this is the case, the dealer could just tell you to F-O.

lol yea.. I got this welding shop to weld it for me. took the tank of to see how far it goes . not that far just the top curve. it looks like a battle scar right now but guy did not charge me anything for it since our company gives him sh*t loads of business. went to snow city to get their opinion and tech said just get it weld it should be fine. all happy now. ill prob spray paint it or something. also asked if what he is doing is the best way to resolve this prob. he said yes. kinda trusted him since he deals with alot of our fleet vehicles and well known in the area.

I recommend leaving it welded like that, and keeping an eye on it from time to time. Do not try to hide that weld, in case you sell it, the buyer should visually see that it has been repaired. In case you forget.
