Remember Ronald Ragin <- can you think of anybody who was more american then Ronald Ragin!
He gave us GPS you know. (y) that was pretty cool.
Might have been slightly unstable at the time, but it sure worked out nicely for the entire world.

Development charges for each condo unit in the gta (to pay for the required supporting municipal infrastructure) range from 70K to 165K. That alone exceeds Singh's budget per unit. Are municipalities supposed to throw in more per dwelling than the federal government? If yes, where does that pile of money come from?

I don't hate Trudeau, i think he's an idiot who doesn't deserve to govern this country nor can he.
 

Without all of the ambiguity of I did that twice or maybe more because I'm not sure how many more pictures you have. Never. I have never worn black face. Dealing with difficult questions is simple if you have easy and straightforward answers (ideally supported by truth).

they're selling it cheap. is what my understanding is. in the meantime, costs a whole bunch to quebec residents.
