Asphalt is not your friend today

That happened to me on my driveway. It was fresh asphalt just like yours. My kickstand punched right through and into a void underneath, and needless to say, the bike took a nap.

Not Blurple, I hope.

Oh shhhhhhh..... I didn't ride to work today. I hope the Multi it's still on its two wheels when I'm back home, other wise I will need a crane to pick it up.

No centre stand?
I removed it to install the decat. Since I'm still on the fence about going to the track this year I didn't want to be bothered to install it back due to the friggin springs.

I’ve noticed many motorcycles have tiny kick stand ends. A wider foot would help a lot.

I don't want to brag but my TL1000S has an unusually big meaty foot on the kickstand

The 919 does not and is desperate to punch through anything softer than concrete when it's more than fifteen degrees out

I was working at a client site when one of the guys commented about how my 748 was leaned over a lot. I thought he was talking about the natural exaggerated lean so I brushed him off. Then I got outside... The stand had sunk so far in I swore the bike was on its side, but miraculously was still holding it up and preventing the fairing from touching down. I want to commend Ducati engineering for accounting for balancing the bike under those conditions, but I'm sure it's just dumb luck.

I've had one on my Guzzi for a few years. I think it cost a whole seven bucks from Ali. 😅

Or easy enough to fab one yourself for next to nothing from some scrap.
