Hitting up the adirondacks next week and just wondering what are some of your favorite places to visit

That fog hanging over everything is awesome and eerie.

Mmm I luv eerie fog, reminds me of Stephen Kings "the mist"

They're were fishermen deep in the fog it was pretty cool to see them and the stillness/quiet added to the eeriness *cue twilight zone theme music*

We just visited Lake Placid and surrounding area last weekend. If you have the time, there are some backroads near Lake George that are lots of fun. Check out Tracy Rd (#6) and go from there.

Also nice was a hike we did up to the top of Flume Knob. Just across the street is a place for cliff jumping that Boooya pointed out and that was really awesome! Definitely do the ride and climb up to the top of Whiteface. There was a tasty italian resto that we ate at in Lake Placid called Ere and there was also a cool hat shop called 'Where'd you get that hat?' that I picked up a sweet Kangol.

That's hawks nest is it not. Was just there this past weekend
