Buy a demo days bike... yes/no?

Here's some pics and a video walkaround... It was a bit dark and cramped in there so not the greatest.. The only issue I noticed is the tiny little V shaped fairing on the left side has the clip broken so it's a little loose, I'll ask them to replace that before I buy, if they don't, it's only...

Things not to do when buying/selling a bike

That's probably a bit different from his point of view...getting an offer at asking price so easily, he probably realized he listed it too low and instead of saying he changed his mind and was going to list/sell higher, he made up the excuse.

Buy a demo days bike... yes/no?

I'm looking at buying a 2013 kawasaki zx-6r ABS... New would be $11,999.. I've found a dealer with a kawasaki demo days unit with 1,932km for $8,799 ... Is $3200 off worth it for a demo days bike? (also comes with frame sliders which don't look like they've ever been taken advantage of ie...

    Electrical damage from moisture/dehumidifier?

I don't think the battery is an issue, turn signals are working, at least on the front - haven't checked the back yet. I'm perfectly handy when it comes to DIY, I can follow instructions and do all the minor work (oil changes, chain maintenance, install slip on, minor electrical) but on my...

    Electrical damage from moisture/dehumidifier?

My house flooded over the weekend so I'm currently in the middle of a $20k+ insurance claim. When the estimator was over and came into the garage to check everything he joked "sorry man we're going to have to write off the bike", it was funny at the time, however when I was out after dark last...

I was able to get out once in January when it was 10 degrees for a day or two and I went out a couple weeks ago but it was pretty chilly. Bike started first try both times :) - saw another guy on a 250r out a couple times too, made me want to go home and get the bike.

Dupont Teflon? Brake cleaner? and a faint squeaking...

Hi guys, *2008 Ninja 250R Since DuPont changed the formula of the 'dry, wax lubricant' I bought some DuPont chain saver to use.. However, I found some DuPont 'dry, wax lubricant' in the smaller liquid bottle - it definitely has the 'dry, wax' labelling - do you think I would be better to use...

Yup, I'm looking forward to late November season end too :D Btw Luc, I came out last Thursday not realizing everyone went to Creemore. If they hadn't it would have been a good turn out for sportbikes as there were 4 guys from 705 riders out too. (just the 5 of us total)

How long are you usually there? I just got back in from a ride about 6-8 and totally forgot it was Thursday. Come to think of it, I probably rode by a few of you on your way there or back... I think I saw 2 guys one blue bike one silver or red? Together and a bunch of bikes alone all around...
