Myself and 3 buddies are going to do the Kawartha's 500km loop, hope the weather is good. Threw it into Furkot https://trips.furkot.com/ts/pXWyb8 with gas stops if it helps anybody
Solo or group, depends on how I feel
-Solo - ride at your own pace, time to oneself, reflect upon life
-Group small to medium is good, if everybody has a com system it's better, like hanging out shooting the ***** but on the bike.
I wear the modular on my cruiser, besides looking funny in a beanie I do not need the extra protein. Seriously though I took something big smack dab in the middle of the visor on Friday, splattered but hit so hard thought it may have been carrying a rock, would not have wanted that in the face...
Trip completed. Stayed at Capitol Hill Hotel and parked overnight in the World Exchange designated Motorcycle parking. I took this route, Hwy 65 (Centennial Lake Rd) had me smiling from Hwy 71 to Calabogie
Shot on the ride home from a Burrito Boyz meet a few weeks ago, not terribly exciting, but still illegal, and yes I needed to set the time on my camera

Hey everybody, looking for recommendations for Motorcycle friendly (aka secure-ish) places to stay in Ottawa. Thinking about crusiing down on the August long weekend for a night.
Thanks
Greg
