I haven't been able to push through the plateau and increase the weight for the last 3 weeks. Any fellow weight lifters have any advice?
I use only free weight and do bench press, cable rowing, squat, etc. I do weight twice a week and cardio(running) 3 times a week.

I would go with M14 replica. Feels more soli and you can hunt with it too. Just a bit on the heavy side if you have to carry it all the time for hunting.
I will probably go to a hunting trip that weekend with my buddies but I really don't care who the leader is for the group ride. So feel free to use this thread to organize something if you wish. I do hope the gathering place is close to Hwy7&Young area so it is easier to go up, left or right...
