    EPA & RPM Act

Fun Police Alert! Seeing a lot about the EPA and its push to ban street cars (including trucks and motorcycles) to be converted to racecars in the U.S. on YouTube lately. Enforcement against performance parts. Petitions circulating to support the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports Act...

ATV's - where are the new ones?

I have a few friends that buy all of their BRP stuff (ATVs, Sleds, SeaDoos) from Liam (Owner) Chris Petraitus (Sales) at Gateway Power Sports up in Peterborough for 10 years now. Always great service by the sounds of it.

    Folks you have met.

Motorsport Related - met and did a track day with a bunch of in-car time at CTMP with David Empringham (and John Farano). What a fascinating career David had! From open wheel to Cup Series to hired gun for Global Time Attack stuff. His Time Attack days were wild. Paid major money to fly...

    Any GTAM'ers have a tiny/micro camper?

I didn't read the 11 pages of this thread to see if it was already posted, but figured i'd pass on a forum that has a lot of good info for the tiny travel trailer world. http://www.tnttt.com/ Good info on fitting out our cargo trailers for motorcycles too.

Any members here that have sleds too?

Just saw a video on the Exo Sled recently. Sounds like its a giant NOPE.

    Hitch carrier for dirt bikes

I have a PA one as my backup to an enclosed trailer. Read all the reviews and was skeptic. Used it a few times now for trips to the Ganny from Burlington area. Works great and no real concerns. Added a $15 4-pin lighting package from PA (thanks Newman) for the extra "don't give cops a reason to...

Who's still riding? (Fall & Winter 2020 Edition)

Got out for about an hour and a half ride around Halton yesterday. Lots of bikes out which was great to see. Wanted to stay out longer, but lots of other outdoor stuff to wrap up at the house before this weather turns.

Who's still riding? (Fall & Winter 2020 Edition)

Almost 300km down through Niagara and back on Friday. Long Johns and a hoodie under regular gear. 5 degrees when we left, warmed up to 10, then back down to 6 when we got back. Chilly but worth it to get out in November. Fingers crossed for another ride or two.

    701 vs Everything

Agreed, absolutely nothing to be proud of in that video.

    China Fairing sets

Definitely have a drill and dremel handy, but can look pretty good if you take your time (avoiding some of the cheesy paint schemes they make available). If you're not handy or patient and want quick bolt-on parts, these aren't for you.

    RIP Erin Organ

The fiance of "Bradsma", one of our former active members and friend of mine, has passed away on Sunday in a single vehicle accident in London. Brad's unfortunate passing almost 2 years ago at Sparta, and now this?!? My heart goes out to their poor families. Ride safe everybody!

    Insurance Refunds from Desjardins

There's no way there isn't a catch. If insurance was in in the business of keeping people happy and being fair, none of us would be paying the rates we currently are or have been for years, bike or car... It's all BS.

    Ugliest bike thread

Was about to say most of these are just unique, quirky and odd designs, and that the Amazonas is the only one worthy of being on this list.....until Michael0124 posted that scooter. How did that even make it off the drafting desk?!?!? Looks like an early 2000s seadoo converted to a two-wheeler.

    Grand Prix De Snow 2019

I just saw an announcement for the closing of the Mohawk Inn effective Dec 15th to make way for a new modern facility. I would imagine that'll be the end of Grand Prix de Snow at that location.

    Need a snowblower....recommendations?

I bought a Toro 721e single stage 5 years ago for my 6 car driveway. Takes up very little space in the garage, my 4 year old can pull start it at -20, dead simple to maintain, and we've yet to have any snow it couldn't handle in a single pass. A 2 stage is overkill for 95% of Southern Ontario...

Recommend to me a good chiro

Lorne Park Integrated Health gets my recommendation. Marcela as an RMT works with me (herniated 2 discs years ago playing squash) and she'll set me up with their physio or chiro as needed. I'm not a chiro fan myself, but find her massage therapy tethered with the odd physio, the results are...

    Kids are awesome.

Congrats! My Father-in-Law had a good one when we had kids - "If I knew Grandkids were this much fun, I would have had THEM first!" Enjoy the family Ric.

    Thank you Tennessee!

SO many great roads in the area. The Tail of the Dragon was only the morning and afternoon commute to get to the roads we really wanted to be on. I need to get down there again soon.

    What does "with ownership" mean?!

It means the seller actually has the ownership document for it. For some reason in the off-road world, ownership documents go missing/lost/never registered, etc. Annoying, b/c you'll need it to get a green plate if that's the plan (will need it for insurance to legally ride Ganny, Simcoe Forest...
