Some plastic with custom graphics, the drop mirrors -it was too dark for me to see anything else. Insurance owns the bike now and I'm satisfied with the payout -no sure if I want to pay someone to diagnose and replace the parts. I'd be better off buying new.
Update: a constable called me on Saturday telling me that they found my bike on the east end. Apparently, neighbours complained about an illegally parked bike. This occured one day after my insurance payout. Anyway, the bike was stripped beyond recognition and they even chained the front wheel...
Yup, I don't have any expectations that it'll be found. Hopefully the bank across the street will have some footage.
My adjuster said she hasn't seen that many incidents in Toronto lately.
Hey guys, can you let me know if you see a Vitpilen 401 around? It got stolen off my front lawn sometime between 7pm yesterday and 8am today. Here's a pic:

4. A Vitpilen 401. Not the most...
Hello, can anyone recommend some fun roads to ride that are within Toronto? Going to take the wife for a ride but don't want to go too far and can only think of Rosedale Valley road. Forks of the Credit is amazing but a bit too far.
Still waiting for insurance to get back to me but I took it to my dealership and the repairs should be less than my deductible. I spoke with the officer at the Collision Reporting Centre and she said that there's very low chance of the guy getting charged. So I can pay for someone to damage my...
Yes, I have collision coverage and my deductible is $500. I'm not sure of the extent of the damage -the twisted sidestep could just be loose or it could have bent the frame. Ditto the handlebars when it dropped. I'm taking it in to the Collision Reporting Center tomorrow -a rep called me back...
After driving home from work today, there was a note in my mailbox from a neighbour saying that she witnessed a truck knock over my parked bike. She and another person picked the bike back up and "is certain" got the license plate and a vague description of the vehicle. Side stand is f'ed up...
Hi all,
With the new extended State of Emergency dates, I still see people riding their motorcycles, which I hope are in essential services. Has anyone been cruising? I fully support flattening the curve but wonder where solo riding falls in this new climate.
