Hopefully the cops pull over this rat *&^& and give them every ticket they are eligible for. What a crap person and they're proud of it. They need an attitude adjustment. If they were in the right lane, I've have no issue. Based on their driving style, they should never leave the right lane.

Self assigned traffic cop. Funny thing is that they can be fined for restricting the flow of traffic, even if they're blocking people going over the limit.

No trucks should be in the left lane. If 99 is their top speed, hwy 2 is the place for them.

I'd be doing 99 with my truck situated so my left high beam is pointed in his driver's side mirror and the right pointed at his center rearview mirror. Enjoy squinting, a'hole.
