Wow, now I know I'll never buy a Triumph! What an exercise in frustration trying to find a parts site that not only lists the 2025 800 Sport, but also has prices. Unbelievable.

You’re looking at about $3000 in parts and a days worth of time to put that back. Front cowl used $750, headlight used $750, side screen $150, paint $300. I’m guessing you’re also into a front fairing stay for another $500. Still not a bad deal, but getting all that stuff together could take weeks.

My first impression was that it would be a death by a thousand paper cuts that killed it as a deal... Even worse than I expected 🤕

That’s a great deal. At 140km it’s not halfway thru its useful life - I’ve met FJRs with 500km that never had a wrench on them (except maintenance services).

Its still not even half way thru its dependable life.
