QC to tax antivaxxers

I think it's time to setup the "Freedom Republic", somewhere all the yahoos can go and live in peace.

Canada donates all Alberta lands south of Medicine hat, the US donates all Montana lands as far south as the Flathead forest.
  • They could build their own wall
  • Have as many assault rifles as they want
  • No helmets, no soap, no masks, no needles
  • No police, no dentists and no gov't

When I sent the Kingston Police numbers the response was ‘good govt propaganda’ …

Logic be damned
I don't believe it will be anywhere near 50,000 truckers (not necessarily fullsize transports), but not everyone is going that same route to Ottawa. Some are heading there from further north and some from the east. So the end count should still be higher than the OPPs count on that stretch of road. But 50k is a reach

I’m betting it’s 10% at most

Some of those trucks are probably just on the job and going in the same direction. Lol.

Exactly. I personally know more than a few drivers who complained about getting struck in the convoy nonsense who had absolutely zero interest nor intent to be a participant, they’re just at, you know, work….

There was a big rally for support of the truckers in Vaughan around Bass Pro, friend posted something on FB, I can't seem to repost it here.

Word is this had a high content of antivaxxers. Not surprising they’ve latched onto this one.

Sorry still laughing at “protest at Bass Pro shop” , enough said ….

It’s pretty hilarious watching a bunch of Canadians yell about “tyranny” and “freedoms” and “shutdowns” after they got into their car, drove on nice public roads to a giant big box store (which was open a!; they could have gone shopping in even if they wanted), protested without the law doing anything to them as they exercised their rights, and then drove home, probably stopping for a bite to eat or a hot coffee on the way.

I doubt they see the irony.

On another note, I saw somebody else parroting there “paid bad actors” bullshiat online earlier today. They’re laying the foundations of being able to slough off any idiots who go all Jan6’th under this guise.

An interesting article with lots of valid points, however I disagree with any suggestion that travel based mandates will be going away anytime soon.

Yes, hopefully as Covid settles down in the months ahead any talk of further across the board federal mandates will start to fizzle out, however when it comes to crossing borders or travelling long distances, especially in shared environments like aircraft, I think they are here to stay for at least a few years until we see how Covid behaves through the endemic stage.

slightly sane article from the National Post…wonders never cease.

So basically, the undertone is that some big babies can’t get over that they lost at the polls so they feel the need to mobilize the minority fringe rabble to try to bully their way to power?

Hmm…where have I heard that before?

There’s a big mistake in that article that plays into the hands of the convoy organizers in that the use of the word “truckers” simultaneously encompasses all truckers in this convoy nonsense. It’s not that at all from what I see. Truckers are simply of the same demographic as the rest of us and have a similar representation of views from all accounts. The convoy is a fringe…and not all of them even are truckers. Actual hard working truck drivers need to get on top of this nonsense before middle fingers get thrown up liberally at any truck.

Actual hard working truck drivers need to get on top of this nonsense

We didn't ask for it. Some whackadoodle in Alberta who actually had absolutely no connection whatsoever to the trucking industry decided we apparently needed one.

Remember, the 99.9% of the rest of us are still at work and not participating in this stupidity.

Much as i think they are a bunch of whachdoodles , I do have to give these guys and gals some respect for actually getting in the trucks and making the effort .
We all sit back and lob sarcasm genades , I like it .
But these folks said F it let’s take this to Ottawa . That in itself deserves some admiration. As misguided as they are .

You're not wrong. But if they had planned properly, they might have had a chance to meet with the transportation Minister. They are just a bunch of yahoos with torches and pitchforks.
*sits back in the lazyboy*

I suspect it was more of a Warmington ploy ..... "give me a headline and I will get your name back in the news".

Rob Schneider, Russel Brand . Yeah I like those two idiots , but they should stick to shiity comedy not politics .
Joe Rogan , that twat made Neil young leave Spotify , F you joe Rogan
