My question to that is.....

Are we becoming a Police state? (Not that we are not already)
Is against the law to ride a motorcycle or do anything that is anti social?

First of all... Define "essential".

Then we can begin to discuss who's justified in being out and about.

there are no stay at home orders as of yet. The list of essential businesses is open. The only fines currently are for violating the closure order for non-essential and group gatherings over 5 (previously 50).
no offense to police officers, my cousin is in the YRP and I respect what they do, but not the subject matter experts or people who will be making any of the rules.

Solo riding may be great for personal mental well being...but this may be the sacrifice we need to make for greater good of community...

This looks like Straford Police Service in the UK. I believe they have a stronger stay-at-home order over there...
All of a sudden the world has gotten a LOT smaller.

Actually had a cop stare me down on my morning jog. I was waiting for him to come out of his cruiser so I could tell him "gtfo, I'm social distancing but still exercising and you're about to **** up my social distancing."

So I'm not surprised the above happened.

The cops can't (won't) enforce the rules that are already in place now.

I really wonder how true this is, cause well, Facebook is known for spreading correct information...

There is no stay at home order in Ontario yet. We are free to move around as we please, on whatever mode of transport we chose. The guidance is for everyone to social distance and a ban on groups over 5 and non-essential business operation, that's about the extent of it.
