Please help with airline info, anyone!

CanGov and AC Rouge stepped up and have 2 flights arranged
out of my fave winter hiding spot, Ecuador

both going out of the capital city but the gringos are dispersed all over the country
very anxious times with EC in complete lock down

most of them are in similar circumstances to you; OP
down there for a few months and got caught up in this
hope it works out for you, Chris

As many have correctly recommended, the best course of action will be to contact the Canadian embassy/Consulate.
Thing is with this police-enforced lockdown here, all offices are closed, public transport is off the roads (rails and air, too), so physically getting there is not an option. Next I tried the phone line, no luck with that. Then the email sent to them bounced as their mailbox is full.
Originally I had registered with the govt travel service, lets hope that some official is looking at that and collating the list of Canadian's abroad.

Guess, I have to hunker down and wait.

Only prob with that is my wife's meds will run out, the local docs have all shut office and am not sure if any of the hospitals will entertain a visit just to get an alternate prescription - though that is what I will do if push comes to shove.

A riding buddy from NY state just told me that their lockdown includes no motorcycles on the road.

A word of thanks to this forum and all who have responded to this post - at the least, we motorcyclists try and help one another.

Interesting times!

sorry what region are you in?

Can’t offer any help to you other than has already been suggested.
But best of luck and hope you make it home and safe and sound.

Mumbai. Maharashtra state. If you are going to be trapped in india and want to get out, that is probably the best place to be.
I'll see what i can find out, we have logistics and a ground team somewhere over there.

Ms. Annie Dube, responded via Twitter, she is requesting a consular official to get in touch with me, will see what the next steps are.
Thank you for the suggestion to use Twitter.

Why are those nice big transport planes from Trenton not being used? Added benefit that the quarantine accommodations are on site.

They're not that big when we are dealing with numbers in the thousands. Also, probably not that simple to get them there. They need at least one refueling stop, maybe more, and no country wants visitors. Also they are slow. They are much happier with shorter trips. Probably more than half of the commercial planes in the world are also grounded. They could get a half dozen 380's to make a decent dent in repatriation.

We all do,
be well and best wishes,
Maybe the Canadian consulate or Canadian anything is accepting job applications over there :) does not hurt to ask,
when you show up at the door the first time, don't look desperate look helpful ;)
Twiddling my thumbs here, so offered to work in any capacity on a voluntary basis.
Would like the position of a D/R (Dispatch Rider)!

Right now, they are collating a list of Canadians stranded here, I guess that it is the first step.
Any response is better than no response - thank you Consular Services Canada in Mumbai

This guy usually blogs about his canal trips in the UK but has just returned from New Zealand. The first 15 minutes gives an idea of what COVID 19 has done to getting back with different countries and companies having different rules. OP I'm sure you can sympathize and I hope your situation is improving.

Currently stranded in Mumbai, India with return ticket booked on UA0049 & UA4269 for April 15th.

JT seems to have forgotten that there are Canadians in other parts of the world besides S.America & Europe. Is anyone aware of when his attention will shift to S.E. Asia? I had registered with the "GC.CA travel" site, but nary a peep out of them on any repatriation plans for this region.

JT didn't forget people abroad, he told them to come back now not on April 15th.
