I'm pretty sure in motherland Russia he'd end up in the back of a cargo can on the Tarmac for that kind if behavior.
 
This is a common trend among alot of the ppl in China, who may have a little bit of authority and they will act tough and do whatever they wish because they have connections so they think can get away with anything.
Rich people and people in authority look down on others.

I'd love to see some random guy just walks up to the guy in the vid and knocks him out.
